This stunning sideboard is entirely covered in gypsum embellished with gold patinated bronze accents. A sunburst pattern radiates across the front emphasizing the natural luminosity of the material.

Gypsum Bedside Tables
Atelier Viollet was recently commissioned to fabricate a pair of bedside tables in gypsum, lacquer and patinated bronze, designed by Pierce Allen. The drawers and cabinet interiors were lined with upholstery. Learn more about our gypsum furniture technique and see a previous gypsum project.
Our Gypsum Cabinet Featured In New York Spaces: The Goods
Atelier Viollet’s gypsum cabinet was recently featured in a special spring 2013 supplemental issue of New York Spaces magazine entitled The Goods. The cabinet, also featured on The World Interior Design Network, is constructed with gypsum, ebonized pearwood in a satin-lacquer finish, and silvered bronze.
