Atelier Viollet fabricated several interiors and pieces of furniture for a private residence in harmonious collaboration with Julie Hillman Design, Peter Pennoyer Architects, and Lico Contracting. Sandrine Viollet fashioned an entire straw marquetry library in a gorgeous brown linear pattern, while the cabinet and entryway doors boast a lively sunburst pattern. In addition to the straw interior, the workshop also completed an entire office in parchment-wrapped panels and moldings, as seen above. Both interiors highlight the decorative use and application of organic materials by hand to create a lasting impression.
