Atelier Viollet was commissioned to fabricate two dozen lacquered tables, designed by Patrick Naggar, for world famous chef Daniel Boulud, owner of fourteen restaurants worldwide—seven of which are right here in New York. The tables are for his flagship restaurant, Daniel. They are made from solid maple, and have received many coats of lacquer in both orange and grey before being polished by hand. We were happy to associate the work of Atelier Viollet with a Master Chef.
