Atelier Viollet introduces its latest console creation in walnut with gypsum and gold patina. The workshop has experimented with various materials and styles over the years for their consoles. Designed by Robert Stern Studio, the latest addition features a bold walnut frame with a gypsum flourish. The gypsum does not overpower the walnut, but instead, wraps around it in a subtle fashion. The gold patina highlights this elegant design. Whereas the exterior emphasizes the merging of multiple materials, the interior recalls the Atelier’s roots in carpentry and wood-based aesthetics.
