In 2015, Drake/Anderson approached Atelier Viollet in the hopes of fabricating an elegant but powerful TV lift cabinet to house a 65-inch television. Because the craftspeople at Atelier Viollet enjoy nothing more than a challenge, the proposal was, of course, accepted. This beautiful sideboard, featured recently in the Elle Decor article, “House Tour: An Art-Filled Penthouse Soars over the NYC Skyline,” is imposing with its massive gypsum panels and sleek bronze trim, but softened by the lacquer’s delicate shade of lilac. We would like to congratulate Drake/Anderson on the completion of another magnificent project and extend our gratitude for including us in the endeavor.
